- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Returns will be issued to original payment method
🚫 A Few Things to Note
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale/clearance items
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
- Bodysuits & undergarments
- Holiday/seasonal items
- Grab bags or mystery items
📦 Shipping Returns
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
🏪 In-Store Returns
- You’re always welcome to bring returns in-store within 14 days
- Just have your receipt or proof of purchase handy
